Blue Cheese Fried Potatoes

Medium Yellow Potatoes


  • 1lb Medium Yellow Potatoes

  • 1 Clove Minced Garlic

  • 2 Tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 Tray Crimini Mushrooms

  • 1/2 Tsp Fresh Rosmary

  • 1 OZ Blue Cheese

  • To Taste Salt & Pepper





Heat olive oil in a large frying pan. Cast iron works best, but any large skillet will work great.


Slice 1 pound potatoes into cubes, and carefully place them into the pan. Hot oil may splash back at you, so we recommend wearing an apron to protect yourself.


Dice garlic clove and add to potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Fry potatoes until brown and slightly soft. 


Add sliced crimini mushrooms and rosemary and continue to fry until mushrooms and potatoes are cooked.


Sprinkle Blue cheese crumbles over top of potatoes, cover with a lid and cook on low heat until Blue cheese is melted into the potatoes. You can cook until cheese is melted and gooey, or continue to cook until the blue cheese is crisp.
